Kincraig Construction was first established in 1971 since which time the company has developed a high reputation as a specialist refurbishment contractor. In recent years the company has primarily focused on domestic refurbishment works, specifically kitchens and bathrooms, for housing associations and local authorities and has been extremely successful in this field of operations.

The aims and policies that were introduced by the directors of the company in 1994 concerning committed leadership, focus on the customer, integrating the process and hte team around the product, commitment to people and a quality driven agenda were all fundamentals of Sir John Egan's report 'Rethinking Construction' published in 1998.

In the meantime the company has been able to demonstrate the ability to cut clients' capital cost, increase predictability in time and cost and increase productivity by substantial levels, all accomplished with an excellent safety record and extremely high levels of client and customer satisfaction
