Renown Italian Contemporary Artist – exhibits at Surrey Heath Museum

Surrey Heath Museum welcomes a special collection of abstract paintings by renown Italian artist, Giuseppe Ciccia. Ciccia has exhibited throughout the world and his art work is in many public spaces – Vatican City (Italy), Museo Mistique (Malta) and Art Museum, Sharjah (United Arab Emirates).

Surrey Heath Museum is grateful to a local art collector for offering to exhibit his private collection at the museum; a wonderful and unique opportunity.

Ciccia is the founder of the Artistic Movement called “Assurgentism”, with the aim of bringing art back to the center of life, to its natural condition as an evolution of the human spirit. His abstract and expressionist painting is full of irrational power, each brushstroke is full of energy and instinct.
