The Guide Dogs for the Blind Association (UK) are coming to Camberley Theatre

Guide Dogs are coming to Camberley! Guide Dogs charity would like to speak with kind hearted, community orientated, local people to help us kick start our new social supporter group in the Camberley/Sandhurst area.

The group will have the aim of helping us to raise funds to buy food and equipment for our dogs in training, right up to the £50,000 required to breed and train a new guide dog.

If you are looking for a way to meet new people, host fun events and take part in small or large activities that could help us raise donations, please come along to have a friendly chat with us. Volunteering with Guide Dogs is a very valuable and flexible way of helping of helping local residents with a visual impairment – you can give as little as 1 hour of your time every couple of months to help out at a collection, or if you have more time on your hands, consider developing your leadership skills by organising the local group activities – it’s entirely up to you.

So come along to Camberley Theatre. from 10:30am for tea, biscuits and to meet staff and existing volunteers – we are on hand to answer any questions you may have!
