This Mental Health Awareness Week, The Square are shining a light on small ways people can boost their mental wellbeing.
The shopping centre, located in the heart of Camberley, has been posting on their social media across the week with moments of reflection for their followers, highlighting tips and tricks that are able to give small boosts to mental health.
The Square has been offering advice on services such as Craft Coops creative sessions, reading at Waterstones and Camberley Library, and other products that may have benefits. The Centre’s Ping Pong Parlour proves to be very popular with shoppers looking to take some time for some rest and relaxation, at just 50p for a ping pong ball.
In addition, The Square have shared a blog on their website of small ways to indulge in self-care with the aim of keeping shoppers healthy and happy.
