Town embrace Actively Camberley Event

Great success of the first event delivered by the new-look Collectively Camberley Team

Hundreds of happy shoppers lined the streets of Camberley under sunny blue skies for the inaugural Actively Camberley event.

On Saturday 27th July Park street was full with excited children (and parents!) who had the chance to scale a 26ft climbing wall, walk on water on a 35ft Zorb Pool, brave a bungee trampoline and even have their faces painted – ALL FOR FREE!

Surrey Fire & Rescue brought along their Unimog and gave out summer fire safety advice while officers from Surrey Police shared crime fighting tips.

Here at Collectively Camberley we’d like to thank everyone who attended and took part. Such a huge turn out was great to see and the community atmosphere was fantastic.
