Job Description
Position: Part-Time Dental Receptionist
Hours: 20.5 hours per week (including Saturdays)
Pay Rate: £11.00 - £13.50 per hour
Location: Camberley
Start Date: Immediate start possible

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the practice
Manage patient appointments, including scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations
Handle incoming calls, e-mails and respond to patient inquiries
Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality
Process payments and handle billing queries
Assist with general administrative tasks as needed
Provide support to the dental team during busy periods
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a receptionist, preferably in a dental or healthcare setting but not essential
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in using computer systems and office software
A dental nursing qualification is a bonus, but not required
Availability to work Saturdays is essential
