The Square – Customer Service Ambassador

Job Description

We are looking for 2 looking for well-presented Ambassadors to join our team on the Customer Service Desk. Each role is for one or two days on Fridays and Saturdays 9.30am – 5.30pm and on Sundays from 10.30am – 4.30pm.

You’ll be answering queries from shoppers and retailers, receiving and helping customers collect their parcels and providing gift and offer cards. We’re looking for new team members with basic computer skills who can offer superb service. Salary £12.35 per hour.
