Waterfords invites vendors to decide how their home is marketed

Waterfords has launched a new initiative to enable homeowners to tailor-make the way in which their property is marketed, giving them greater control over how the property is presented, where and how frequently it is marketed and using tools which best suit the owner and their home.

Their Diamond Service provides vendors with a shopping list of marketing options from which to choose. This includes elements which can boost viewings on Rightmove by as much as 45%, offer elevated photography to help negotiate obstructions such as trees, which would otherwise prevent the agent from getting a perfect shot of the property, and even the option to have a video drone tour, ideal for any property with land or in a more rural setting.

Darren Walter, Director of Waterfords said “A home is the most valuable item a person is ever likely to sell, and with so many different properties available, we don’t feel that each should be given the same treatment, but rather should be approached individually. It’s important to look at the best features, whether those are internal or external, look at the audience it is most appealing to and tailor the marketing accordingly.”

With the guidance of a Waterfords agent, the initiative is designed to give home-owners the opportunity to decide how they want to market their home according to style and budget. Waterfords traditional marketing service will still apply to all properties as part of their service, but the Diamond Package simply offers something extra for those that wish to stand out from other similar property listings.
